TESTIMONIALS

I started Outdoor Group Training with Peter in November 2007 at my lowest ever level of fitness.
Before Peter's group training I tried exercising on my own, diets, diet pills and even hypnotherapy,  nothing worked. Peter's group training changed my life.
Having played footy for most of my life I took about 4 years off in my mid-20s, leaving me with no regular exercise routine for that period up until starting Outdoor Group Training.
I subsequently put on 20kg. I attempted to start a regime of my own a number of times but could never keep the routine up.
After just 2 months of training with Peter I was a new (7kg lighter) man.
I noticed the difference after only 2 weeks - more energy during the day, clothes started grabbing at me less almost immediately, my posture improved, my self-esteem returned.
Peter's training methods were great - varied, challenging, tough but fair, and everyone in the group was looked after.
Now 8 months later I've lost 19 kilos (and counting) and am the fittest I've been probably since I was 18 years old.
The routine ingrained from Peter's group training has stayed with me, I have to exercise at least 4-5 times a week and I've never felt better.
Thanks Peter!

McDonalds, Burger king and crap food such as this was what my diet was. The only exercise i had was walking to and from my car when arriving at destinations. I was 238 pounds (108kg) and much heavier than what my original form used to be. I definately knew i wanted to do something about it, but i also knew i needed someone to kick my ass into doing it.

Ironically i was on my way to Australia at the time and decided i would do Outdoor Group Training. However i was looking to seriously get in shape and knew  that to do that i would have to push myself to the next limit. In order to do this i knew that i needed someone who could push me there. From my home in Beverly Hills i asked the woman at Fitness First to give me the number for the Instructor as this was my first quest for a personal trainer. I called Peter and what struck me from one phone call was his confidence.

I told him what i was looking to do, i thought i was telling him the impossible, 10kg in 5 weeks and learn to keep it off and little did i know that he was thinking more along the lines of 12-13 kg. He did not beat around the bush with me and was confident in himself, and that is important in a trainer. If a trainer is not confident in themselves how can they be confident in you? I saw Peter twice a week for 5 weeks of training and 3 times a week for Outdoor Group Training. Not only was my physical strength tested  but so was my mental strength.

I went home sore almost every session but drinking my protien shakes and powerades as instructed by Peter the soreness went away. Peter designed a workut program specifically for me. We were constantly doing different types of exercise, indoor and outdoor, boxing ,jump rope away from the traditional treadmill and weights. He is also very knowledgable in his field, as i would drill him about 10 times per session about certian foods and exercise and not once could i stump him.

If i were to say that i am grateful to have had Peter as a trainer for 5 weeks would be an understatement. I am on my way back to Los Angeles 12kg Lighter and i know how to keep it off. I would highly reconmend Peter as he will teach you things about yourself and your exercise regime (even good personal advice) that no other trainer has ever done before. I have had many personal trainers in Los Angeles, so i have tried the rest.... This is the BEST!!!

If you want results, this is how to obtain them.... All you have to do is come with the attitude that you want to lose weight and you are willing to work and Peter will take care of the rest!!

Thanks for everything Pete... Happy Days!
