WEIGHT TRAINING

1 on 1 - Resistance Training.
for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Pricing as follows $40, $50 and $60 for Cash payments.
Add 10% for all other payments.

2 on 1 - Resistance Training
for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Pricing as follows. $70, $80 and $110 for Cash payments.
Add 10% for all other payments.

Please note sessions are not limited to Two people you can have upto Four people per group.
Pricing available on request.

Boxing

Boxing is not for the faint hearted. It is not the traditional boxercise style that is commonly seen in gyms and group fitness studios. This is one on one. You will learn the technical side to boxing allowing you to move correctly and throw upto 10 punch, combinations. Boxing will challenge you both mentally, aerobically and will test your endurance and recovery. You will also learn how to skip correctly. You will become light footed and gain sharper reflexes whilst increasing your aerobic capacity.

Prices are same as the above 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 Resistance Training sessions.


Program Design & Review

This package includes , a specifically designed program tailored to achieve your individual goals over a six week period.
You will be assessed and taken through the program in it's entirety at your first session.
There will also be a 30 minute review at week three and week six monitoring, your progress and recording your results.

Initial Cost $200, Ongoing six week programs including reviews, $150.

CrossBox®
Ultimate Fitness

CrossBox® is a combination of intense Boxing, Interval training, Skipping and core strengthening.

The Body of the workout consist of 5 minute rounds, with a 30 second recovery between rounds. The aim is to complete as many rounds as possible within five minutes.

Each Round incorporates a combination of the four disciplines, ensuring maximum exposure and fatique.

This type of training ensures maximum cardiovascular
and muscular endurance,
along with lean muscle gain and high caloric burn.

Each session runs for 60 minutes and includes warm-up,
cool-down and stretching.

Included in the induction session price, is Wrist Wraps to and Inners to protect both Wrists and Boxing Gloves, as you will be unable to participate if you do not have wrist protection.
