Ultimate Fitness

CrossBox® is a combination of intense
Boxing, Interval training, Skipping and Core strengthening.

The Body of each workout consist of 5 minute rounds,
with 30 seconds recovery between rounds.
The aim is to complete as many rounds as possible
within five minutes.

Each Round incorporates a combination of all four disciplines,
ensuring maximum exposure and fatigue.

This type of training ensures maximum cardiovasacular
and muscular endurance, along with lean muscle gain
and high caloric burn.

Each session runs for 60 minutes and includes warm-up,
cool-down and stretching.

There are Two courses currently available, each running for 5 weeks.
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7 am and 7-8 am , with 6.30-7.30 pm re-commencing during daylight savings. Date to be confirmed.
Corporate Courses by appointement only.

Induction Sessions

There will be one induction session held every week (refer class timetable),of wich one is compulsory to attend before you can participate in any sessions, exclusions are those of you who have boxed with me previously and know how to apply wraps,
hold focus pads, have proper punching/skipping techniques and understand plyometrics.

To enrol in the induction session you need to complete the online induction form. The induction tab is located under the CrossBox® tab or at the bottom of this page. Please select Saturday as your preferred induction day as Wednesday Induction is no longer available.
Corporate CrossBox® Induction will be included in corporate package.

The Induction session will give you a thorough outline of what to expect from each CrossBox® session.

You will be briefed on the technical side of boxing/pad holding,
core activation and strengthening, skipping technique/variety and
the more advanced exercises undertaken during each session.

You will also be taught how to apply wraps to protect your
knuckles and wrists, and will be unable to participte
in a CrossBox® session unless you are wearing wraps.

Included in the cost of the induction session
are wrist wraps and inners to protect gloves.
Exclusive CrossBox® T'Shirts
are included in the unlimited session package.

All equipement will be supplied for each session,
but will be available to purchase should
you wish to have your own.

Once you have completed your induction session,
you can choose from the Two currently available courses,
purchase a 10 session pass and begin immediately.

Courses will increase in number from September onward, so stay tuned.

Induction Session $15(refer timetable)
Upfront payment is required to secure your place.
Please provide your credit card details upon filling in
your induction form.

10 Session pass 1-5   people per course   $300                        
                           6-10  people per course  $250
                          11-20 people per course  $200

Valid for 5 weeks from purchase date..

All pricing is GST Inclusive.

Payment methods include, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card
and Direct Debit(unlimited session pass only)
with the only exclusion being diners Club.

All Credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Session Numbers

There is a strict minimum of five for a course to begin
and maximum of twenty people due to OHS.

Make sure you arrive ten minutes before session time with wraps already on.


Corporate CrossBox®

CrossBox® Corporate is a great opportunity to encourage team building along with the chance to achieve individual fitness goals.
CrossBox® Corporate is strictly by appointment only.

Cost available upon request. Minimum of five per session,
Maximum of twenty per session.

cooldown and stretching.

Included in the induction session price, is Wrist Wraps and Inners to protect wrists and Boxing Gloves, as you will be unable to participate if you do not have wrist protection.
